John has worked in the real estate sector for over 40 years and covered development / investment / management in retail / offices / industrial / alternatives and residential sectors . I have worked throughout the UK and Europe and won many awards for my developments.
Paul Bergin
Financial Adviser
Paul is a Finance Director with a wide range of experience in both PLC and private equity-backed businesses. He has worked in a broad range of sectors and sized businesses, in the UK and overseas. A key area of experience is cash management. He qualified as an ACA at EY.
Ian Bryant
Housing Scheme Architect
Ian is a founding director of QAD Architects and has particular expertise in approved residential schemes for UK house-builders.
Glenn Greenhill
Creative Consultant
Glenn practised as Creative Director in an international advertising group before running his own consultancy, Brandgarden.
Glenn is a member of Kabina’s research and development team.
Martin Francis
Land and Naval Architect
Martin was a director of Foster Associates in London and the managing director of Foster France, working on Stansted airport, the Tecno range of furniture and the Carré d’Art in Nimes. Perhaps more famous as a naval architect, Martin was responsible for such innovative and widely-admired vessels as Eco and Golden Odyssey.
Ashraf Islam
Analyst
Ashraf is an Economics graduate and was a marketing management trainee at Instinctif Partners, a business communications consultancy, before joining Kabina to drive research and business development.
Guy Lane
Co-founder & Marketing Director
Guy trained in business and marketing and ran a brand and design consultancy in London for many years. He has advised leading corporates on their brand development and stakeholder communications.
Koen Olthuis
Water Architect
Koen is Kabina's lead water architect. He studied architecture and industrial design at Delft University of Technology. Olthuis is founder of the Dutch architectural firm, Waterstudio.NL, which specialises in floating structures to counter concerns of floods and rising sea levels. Olthuis is currently a member of the Flood Resilience Group UNESCO-IHE.
Dan Primrose
Designer and Engineer
Dan's consulting clients include BMW, Bentley, Ferrari, Ben Ainslie Racing & Acro Aircraft Seating; his role has been to work with their engineers and help define their future products.
